The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina has announced that its Greenville location will be closed on Monday, February 2, 2026. The court’s Charleston and Columbia locations will open later than usual, with operations beginning at 10:00 a.m.

During this time, court employees will continue to work remotely during regular business hours and can be reached by phone or email. The court’s electronic systems, including CM/ECF for electronic filing and research, will remain accessible. Additionally, Electronic Self-Representation (eSR) and the Electronic Document Submission System (EDSS) are available for individuals representing themselves in filings.
