South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson has announced the arrest of three men from Lexington County on charges related to the sexual exploitation of minors. The individuals arrested are Trey Leviticus Sullivan, 33, of Batesburg; Brandon Dwayne Bailey, 35, of Pelion; and Rashaud Mandrell Price, 25, of Lexington. The arrests stem from separate investigations by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force with assistance from the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department and the Attorney General’s Office.

The investigations began after CyberTipline reports were received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). According to investigators, Sullivan and Price are accused of distributing files containing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), while Bailey is accused of possessing such files.

Sullivan was taken into custody on October 10, 2025. He faces two counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor under South Carolina law (§16-15-405), each carrying a potential sentence of up to ten years in prison.

Price was arrested on October 16, 2025. He is charged with one count of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor (§16-15-405), which also carries a penalty of up to ten years imprisonment.

Bailey was arrested on October 13, 2025. He faces three counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor (§16-15-410), with each count punishable by up to ten years in prison.

The Attorney General’s Office will prosecute all three cases.

Attorney General Wilson stated: “All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.”

The press release also notes that child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is now the preferred term over “child pornography,” as it more accurately describes the nature and harm involved in these crimes. The term “pornography” can wrongly suggest consent by the child victim, so CSAM is used globally for clarity and accuracy.
