Quincey Oneil Jackson and Quinton Oneil Jackson, 41-year-old identical twins from Columbia, South Carolina, have been sentenced to more than 15 years in federal prison after admitting to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of controlled substances.

Court records indicate that the brothers operated a significant drug trafficking operation between 2020 and July 2024. The operation involved the distribution of cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl. On April 12, 2024, law enforcement executed a search warrant at their shared residence and recovered methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana, and a firearm.

United States District Judge Sherri A. Lydon imposed a sentence of 188 months’ imprisonment for each brother. Both will also serve court-ordered supervision following their release. There is no possibility of parole in the federal system.

The investigation was conducted by the Drug Enforcement Administration in cooperation with the Clarendon County Sheriff’s Office, Richland County Sheriff’s Department, City of Columbia Police Department, and Lexington County Sheriff’s Department. Assistant U.S. Attorney Elizabeth Major prosecuted the case.
