A Conway man has been arrested on a charge related to the sexual exploitation of minors, according to an announcement from South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson. Damion Demetrius Frazier, 26, was taken into custody by Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators with the Horry County Sheriff’s Office. The investigation also involved assistance from the Attorney General’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations, both members of the state’s ICAC Task Force.
The arrest followed a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), which directed investigators to Frazier. Authorities allege that Frazier possessed files containing child sexual abuse material.
Frazier was arrested on November 14, 2025. He faces one count of sexual exploitation of a minor in the third degree (§16-15-410), which is classified as a felony and carries a potential sentence of up to ten years in prison.
According to officials, Frazier had previously been convicted on similar charges in 2022.
The Attorney General’s Office will prosecute this case.
Attorney General Wilson stated: “All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.”
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is now used as a more accurate term for such offenses, replacing “child pornography” because it avoids implying consent by minors.
