Benjamin Hoyt Graham, a 48-year-old resident of Easley, South Carolina, has been arrested on 10 charges related to the sexual exploitation of minors. The arrest was carried out by Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators from the Easley Police Department, with assistance from the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office, which is also part of the state’s ICAC Task Force.

The investigation began after a CyberTipline report was received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). According to investigators, Graham was found in possession of files containing child sexual abuse material.

Graham was taken into custody on November 21, 2025. He faces 10 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor under South Carolina law (§16-15-410), a felony that carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison for each count.

The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.

Attorney General Alan Wilson stated: “All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.”

The press release notes that “child sexual abuse material,” or CSAM, is now used instead of “child pornography” because it more accurately describes the nature of these crimes and avoids implying any consent by victims.
